Scope of work
The German Archive publishes source-critical studies and presentations on the history of the Middle Ages (i.e. the period from 500 to 1500 AD) and reports on the relevant scholarly literature.

Manuscripts
Manuscripts of essays and miscellanies should be sent to the editors in ready-to-print condition. Information sheets with notes on the preparation of essays, miscellanies and reviews are available on the MGH homepage:

Reviews of independent works can only be published if specimen copies are provided; these are requested exclusively to the editors.
